Susan holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Robert Morris University, majoring in Marketing and holding dual minors in Accounting and Computer Information Systems.
She oversees and manages the finances of the company, works to ensure data integrity in our CRM systems, and works with Brian and team to help implement efficient systems and processes to expand our marketing and client care strategy. Susan lives in Cranberry Township, PA with her husband, Jim. In her free time, she enjoys cooking, gardening, and hiking.
