She helps clients in the community navigate their Medicare and coverage options, from enrollment through annual reviews.
She is licensed in Pennsylvania, Ohio, and Maryland, with licensing in Delaware, New Jersey, New York, and West Virginia currently underway. She is a member of HAFA (Health Agents for America, a national association supporting independent health insurance agents) and the local Chamber of Commerce, where she stays connected with local businesses and community leaders while continuing to serve as a trusted Medicare resource in the region.
Kalei holds a degree in Economics from the University of Pittsburgh, which she draws on to stay ahead of policy changes and market trends affecting Medicare and the healthcare industry.
Outside of work, Kalei is a member of the GO TEAM Therapy Dogs, where she and her dog visit hospitals to provide comfort, support, and a few good books to those who need them. She enjoys playing pickleball with her family, reading, and exploring new trails with her dogs.
