Jillian holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Finance from Columbia Southern University.
As a Client Relationship Manager, she ensures clients have a seamless experience when signing applications and service forms, while also addressing any account-related questions. In her free time, Jillian is a passionate reader, always with a book in hand, and recently enjoyed the Outlander series. She also loves animals and has two dogs, a Beagle and a German Shepherd mix.
